Who you're buying from
partsapiens.com is operated by Dumitru Ciudin, doing business as Partsapiens, 5325 Alton Pkwy Apt C300, Irvine, CA 92604, USA ("Partsapiens", "we"). Your Stripe receipt may show Partsapiens; that's us.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in US dollars and are shown on each product page and at checkout. US shipping is free.
- Payment is processed by Stripe on its secure hosted checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
- If a price on the site is clearly wrong, we'll contact you before shipping and refund you in full if you don't want the order at the correct price.
Shipping
US addresses only for now. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and US delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. See Shipping & returns.
Returns
You can return an item within 30 days of delivery. Who pays for return shipping depends on why you're returning it:
- Damaged, defective, or wrong item — that's our fault, and we cover it. Email us and we'll send you a prepaid return label (or refund the return postage if you ship it back yourself), and refund you in full or send a replacement, your choice.
- You simply changed your mind: the item must be unused, complete and in its original packaging, and return shipping is at your cost. Ship it back yourself, or ask us for a return label and we'll deduct its cost from your refund. A 15% restocking fee is also deducted from change-of-mind refunds. The restocking fee never applies to damaged, defective or wrong-item returns — those are on us, in full.
- Refunds go to your original payment method once we receive and check the return.

- Please check fitment before ordering — match your injector part number or engine code, or email us and we'll confirm for you.
- Vehicle and part names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe compatibility. Our products are Partsapiens products, not original-equipment parts, and we're not affiliated with those manufacturers.
Reviews
By sending us a review or feedback, you allow us to publish it, with your first name and last initial, on partsapiens.com. We don't edit what reviews say; we may decline reviews that aren't about a real order or that contain personal data or abuse.
Liability and law
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. These terms are governed by the laws of California, USA. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
