• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
• Delivery times:
  • United States: 5–10 business days
• All orders ship with tracking information.
• US shipping only for now. International orders are temporarily unavailable.

Returns Policy

• Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Item must be unused and in original packaging.
• Refunds issued to your original payment method (PayPal).
• To start a return, email partsapiens@gmail.com with your order ID.

Exchanges

If your item is defective or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost.
